National Hockey League
In 2024, I had the remarkable opportunity to work as the Social Media Intern at the National Hockey League. Throughout the program I was able to explore how a social team operates within a league, ranging from content curation and AMAs to research on new platform features and NHL prospects. I was also fortunate enough to speak with some of the best and brightest minds in sports, receiving advice and insight from truly amazing individuals. Check out some of my work below!

Throughout my internship, I created content for the @nhl Instagram feed, which included photo and video sourcing, copywriting, and brainstorming different content ideas for promotions, campaigns or events. Visit my Gondola to watch how my pitches came to life and the KPIs behind the content I created!
Along with content curation, I spent a large portion of the internship conducting research, mainly for a project on a new Instagram feature, known as Broadcast Channels. To see the final project, as well as other research completed for other additional assignments, click the button below!
During the first week of my internship, I assisted in a Reddit Ask Me Anything (AMA) with Phil Pritchard, the Keeper of the Cup. Responsible for transcribing his answers to be posted on the Reddit thread, I learned a lot of history and fun facts about the Stanley Cup and its' many adventures!
